Thanksgiving Success

Well, the Thanksgiving meal turned into a success...I think it's safe to say...afterall...no one can move and is very sleepy. That usually defines success for Turkey Day doesn't it.

We had a 12 pound turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, lefse, buns, green bean casserole...etc., etc., etc.

My Mom, Kari, and perhaps Aren...are planning on braving the early morning shopping extravaganza and I'll work on making some huge Breakfast Burritos with green chile and Tortilla's straight from New Mexico compliments of Mom C. If you ever have a chance to go to Dos Hermanos in Albuquerque you will not be sorry.
